OSTEOCHONDROSIS

Osteochondrosis is a change in the intervertebral disc cartilage with an accompanying vertebral body reaction and increasing back pain. The most common cause is wear and tear (arthrosis). Other causes of osteochondrosis include previous disc herniations. The treatment of osteochondrosis depends heavily on the individual findings and accompanying circumstances.

After the acute situation subsides, it is crucial in the medium and long term to improve the mechanical conditions in the affected spinal segment.

This is very effectively achieved with SpineMED® therapy. Furthermore, an intensive SpineMED® course
can improve the physiological condition of the cartilage (anti-aging).
